Due to the importance put on gender equality and female empowerment, several steps are being implemented to ensure a safe and secure workplace for women. This day also honors the authorities’ accomplishments in empowering women since I have observed that the UAE has made major strides toward allowing women the freedom and equality that they had previously been denied.
